I was writing some of the first posts on this blog. I refuse to go back and read them, though, as they’re probably terrible and reading them will cause me to want to shut this page down and never write anything that’s publicly viewable again. Which is usually how I feel when I read old stuff I wrote. 

Anyways this year Freddy, Gina, Steve and I are all in Oklahoma at Cody’s place. The drive here was over eight hours – definitely the longest I’ve ever been behind the wheel. We’re going to the Flaming Lips New Year’s Eve show tonight, so it should all be worth it. 

Here’s hoping 2009 has fewer hurricanes, deaths, and other depressing events in it than 2008 did. It’s been a long, strange year.

Uploaded some new drawings on my Flickr page. Here’a  few in paticular I thought came out pretty decent. Follow the link to check them all out, or don’t. Whatever.

So the semester is finally over and I keep telling myself I’ll spend my newly found free time working on non school projects and reading a bunch, but in reality I’ll probably waste most of it playing Worms. Which I guess isn’t such a terrible prospect. 

Not that any of you care, but my grades this semester came out pretty great and my overall GPA got a nice boost because of it. Also what I was worried would be a bad news visit to my counselor (one that I’d been putting off for some time) became awesome when I discovered I was not only going to graduate next semester, but that I would be doing so with a double major. That part was a pleasant surprise for me.
