I think they reach sometimes, or kind of call bullshit on an entire topic when it's only a small part of it that's bullshit, but overall I like the show and I really like what it's trying to do. Not just the spiritual stuff, either. They speak to a couple experts who say that holding the particular position after a certain amount of time no longer has any use to the body as far as fitness goes. I didn't really understand the sour cream thing, though...?
